  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping (Physical Products)

  • We ship to addresses within the U.S. only.

  • Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email when your order ships.

Digital Products (Downloads & Teachings)

  • Digital products such as eBooks, PDF guides, and online teachings are delivered via email within 1 hour of purchase.

  • If you don’t receive your download link, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@apostletimministries.com.

Online Events & Ministry Services

  • For event registrations, mentorship access, or prophetic programs, access information (e.g., Zoom link) will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
